Flexibility: Angel Message for Week. Your flexibility is tested. You’re pushed out on a ledge for your highest good. The only way you grow is by stretching beyond your comfort zone. Remember to breathe light into the challenge whether it is a person, thing and or situation giving you trouble.

For instance, what do you think this cop thought stopping a speeding Batman in his bat mobile?

Flexibility requires you to understand other point of views.  Just as there are two sides to a coin ~ they are of the same coin. There’s no right or wrong way. It’s just a different way of doing things. Sometimes you need a fresh perspective. And in this case, a little compassion will allow you to stretch further than before.

A flexible spirit allows room for adventure. Fixed ideas keep us rigid, immobile and stagnate. When things don’t work out the way you expect, there is good reason. Watch for the door(s) that open to you. They may lead you on a surprising adventure…like meeting Batman!

Keep me posted. Bless, LL

How does one breathe light into a situation? We have prayed and waited patiently for a certain situation and have seen so many signs from loved ones but yet we are still waiting…

How does one breathe light into a situation? Good question Pam ~ You simply close your eyes, take a deep breathe, and exhale into it. I like to visualize a light beaming down upon me ~ like the sun. I take a deep breath pulling it down into my heart and exhaling it to whomever or whatever is giving me a hard time. I do this three times before having to face things that are challenging. You’ll be surprised at how things unfold when you suspend all beliefs. For instance, I’m sure that the cop who stopped the Bat mobile didn’t know what to expect. She probably took a few deep breathes before getting out of her car to face off a nut job dressed like Batman. However, she faced it. And it wasn’t so bad after all, because she ended up getting a selfie out of it. I’m sure it made her day! Hope that helps ~ bless, LL
